Were hiring an Electrical Estimator. This person will be responsible for project management and estimating commercial electrical scopes of work for HVAC-related projects and stand-alone jobs. Responsibilities: Project manage electric and electrical controls projects Maintain a relationship with the general contractor and owners Procurement of materials Coordinate with subcontractors Maintain office project management documentation Monthly billings Review electrical drawings/specs and develop the project Solicit pricing from vendors/subcontractors Create competitive estimates for bids Maintain current knowledge of codes and labor pricing Complete bid document and proposal letterheads Qualifications: 2+ years electrical estimating experience (commercial preferred) Understanding of NEC and commercial electrical installations Strong Excel and/or estimating software skills Journeyman Electrician experience a plus
