People Operations & Systems Generalist We're looking for a People Operations & Systems Generalist who is excited to support the employee experience end-to-end while also growing their People Technology skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with employees and navigating HR processes, and who is curious about how systems can make People Operations smarter, smoother, and more scalable. In this role, you'll partner closely with the People team to support onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and day-to-day HR operationswhile also serving as a key support resource for People Technology users and assisting with the maintenance of data integrity. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Concord, CA location. Responsibilities People Operations Generalist Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful employee experience Assist with employee lifecycle events and HR transactions (job changes, compensation updates, status changes, etc.) Provide first level HR Service Desk support for employee inquiries regarding HR, benefits, employee relations, and payroll policies, within SLA, or assign to the appropriate 2nd level HR representative Help maintain HR documentation, job profiles, and process guides Support audits, compliance activities, and routine data requests Contribute to People Team initiatives and special projects (e.g., performance cycles, benefits open enrollment, process clean-ups) Partner with other People & Culture team members (i.e. Benefits, People Business Partners, Recruiting, etc.) to support business needs Process incoming HR and Payroll mail Provide general administrative and operational support to the People Team as needed People Systems Support Serve as a first point of contact for system questions (including Workday), issues, and basic troubleshooting Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance Support business processes (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, compensation updates) Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of system enhancements and releases Support ad hoc data requests Partner with senior People Tech team members on configuration, integrations, and process improvements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 13 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRIS/HRMS, or a related field Hands-on experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, compensation, or performance management Exposure to HRMS through daily use, or strong interest in growing HRMS skills; Workday experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems Ability to explain HR processes and systems clearly to non-technical users Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Basic reporting or data analysis experience Familiarity with HR compliance concepts (e.g., audits, data privacy) Compensation The Base Salary range for this position is between $73,000 and $84,000. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
