Training And Development Coordinator Power your future with Qualus as a Training and Development Coordinator. This role will support three main areas including internal training coordination and instructional design. You will support internal organizational learning by administering the Qualus Training Program (QualU) learning management system (LMS), design and develop engaging training content as well as supporting logistics and event details to implement training programs. Responsibilities Maintain, update and administer the learning management system (LMS), including creating and assigning courses, curricula, and learning paths and maintaining the LMS calendar. Ensure accurate and timely entry of training data and documents, attendance and course completion for reporting and accountability purposes. Generate and distribute LMS reports for various stakeholders as needed. Manage user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, and general LMS support inquiries. Upload, test, and publish eLearning materials (SCORM, video, documents.) to ensure functionality and user experience standards. Monitor QualU email inbox and ticketing queue, responding or escalating as needed. Maintain training documentation, presentations, recorded sessions, and shared file archives. Coordinate event logistics for training programs including but not limited to room and AV set up coordination, ordering of on-site food and beverages, management of off-site social events, travel for participants and instructors, creation of materials and other related tasks. Assist with surveys, evaluations, and reporting to support continuous improvement of training initiatives. Peer check training content for grammar, visual elements, animation, and course functionality. Support QualU training communications to drive awareness and participation of programs and offerings. Review and refine instructional materials based on stakeholder feedback, learner outcomes, and performance metrics. Review training content for accuracy, grammar, branding, accessibility, and user experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, LMS administration, or related learning functions. Knowledge of training and development practices, including familiarity with various learning modalities. Proficiency with learning management systems (UKG Pro Learning or Schoox preferred). Experience in instructional design and authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 preferred. Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization. Established background in delivering high-quality customer service. Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. Skilled at translating complex information into clear, learner-friendly content. Ability to analyze situations, anticipate potential issues, and propose practical alternative solutions and approaches to challenges. Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and adaptability, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Certifications and Licenses: APTD, CPTD, Instructional Design Certificate are a plus.
