The Role CAA is looking for an LA based Departmental Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic workforce. With a keen lens on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this Assistant will provide support to the head of Early Careers and two executives with the Recruiting Operations team. The position provides an opportunity to learn about the Global Recruiting Process from a team of experienced professionals. Responsibilities Support three executives in the Recruiting function across multiple time zones. Manage logistical tasks, including scheduling meetings, interviews, coordinating communication, maintaining project grids, and project management flow for all three execs. Help document and improve recruiting processes and support the implementation of new tools. Assist with tracking key metrics; i.e. time-to fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity and help prepare reports for the team. Help support onboarding logistics for new hires across the recruiting function. Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for internal and external candidates. Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in recruiting operations. Assist the Recruiting team with key initiatives, ad hoc projects, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications 2 or more years of experience as an Assistant, Coordinator or other Recruiting support role. Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite. Strong customer service orientation no task is too small. Adept at quickly learning new processes and technology. Ability to multitask and have strong organization and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail. Extremely flexible, proactive, able to easily shift priorities, and handle heavy workflow processing. Ability to succeed in a fast paced, high volume, corporate environment. Operate with team mentality and strong sense of urgency. Ability to interface across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated desire to learn. Desired Characteristics Knowledge of Recruiting/Sourcing strongly preferred. Early Career or Campus Recruiting experience a plus. Internship program implementation experience a plus. Experience with Workday or other ATS/CRM a plus. Demonstrated passion for working in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space a plus. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. Long-term interest in building a career in Recruitment a plus. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $24-$28.50. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
