A-Line Staffing is hiring a Full-Time, Remote, Grievance & Appeals Coordinator residing in or near the Woodland Hills, or Natomas, CA region! (MUST PASS A COMPUTERS BASIC TEST AND A TYPING TEST, LOOKING FOR 40 WPM, PRIOR TO RESUME SUBMITTAL). About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Grievance & Appeals Coordinator I to join our Health Net Appeals and Grievances team. This role is essential to ensuring quality measures meet or exceed 97% while providing outstanding support to our members. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team focused on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer experiences. This is a fully remote role, but occasional visits to the hub may be required for technical support, events, or other team needs. Grievance & Appeals Coordinator Compensation · The pay for this position is $23.00/hr · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Grievance & Appeals Coordinator Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST
