Responsibilities of our Manager Trainee Represent the Frontier Brand professionally while engaging with customers Explain Frontier's benefits and features to new customers and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Build trust and relationships with customers Answer any inquiries and concerns of customers while promoting Frontier benefits and fostering brand awareness Learn valuable insight into identifying sales strategies, target markets, and campaign metrics to support improvement processes Meet monthly performance and sales goals Collaborate on Sales campaigns and outreach strategies alongside other Manager Trainee team members
