Administrative Assistant Excellent opportunity to work onsite with a growing company in Tulsa, Ok! This is a full time role in a business casual office. Duties include: Answering phones and greeting visitors Assist Human Resources with a variety of administrative tasks Coordinate office parties and meetings Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Strong PowerPoint skills required) Strong communication skills Must be dependable with the ability to work onsite from 8-5, Monday- Friday Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Search managed by: Kelly Martin Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
