Front Desk Receptionist We're looking for a warm, dependable, and tech-savvy Receptionist to join a high-impact Workplace Experience team. This role is the first point of contact for hundreds of daily visitors and employees, helping create a welcoming and professional environment across multiple office locations. Location: Redwood City, CA 94063 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (tentative, may require flexibility) Pay: $24-$26/hr Duration: 12 month contract As a Receptionist, you'll support front desk operations, guest services, and administrative tasks across multiple office sites. You'll be the face of the organizationgreeting visitors, managing lobby logistics, and collaborating with teams to support events and daily operations. This role includes floating between locations, assisting with community space setup, and using tools like G Suite, Slack, and Jira to manage requests and communications. Key Responsibilities Include: Greeting and checking in guests and employees Issuing badges and maintaining lobby appearance Managing workplace tickets and help center requests Ordering and organizing supplies Supporting mail, shipping/receiving, and lost-and-found Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and logistics Collaborating with facilities, events, and security teams Floating between sites to provide coverage and support Must-Have Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills Experience using G Suite and Slack in a professional setting Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working across multiple office locations Professional, dependable, and adaptable in dynamic environments Requirements: 2-3+ years in a customer-facing role (corporate highly preferred) Experience providing administrative/receptionist support at a company office Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Tech proficiency and willingness to learn new tools Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Respect for confidentiality and sound judgment High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred What's In It For You?
