What's in it for you: $85,000 - $95,000+ annual salary, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, along with 401(k) matching Generous paid time off and paid company holidays Continuing education opportunities Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of claims experience within a retail brokerage Active Property & Casualty license Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols Strong problem-solving abilities Comprehensive understanding of typical litigation protocols Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, including management of potential and active claims; responsible for overseeing and guiding support staff in the timely and accurate reporting of claims Respond to claims-related requests from clients and insurance carriers Conduct legal research when necessary, analyze and prepare presentations related to regulatory, legislative and litigation matters that will affect clients or carriers Review all client claims and lawsuits to propose solutions and action plans Provide status updates on cases to management, producers, and senior account analysts Why Insurance Relief?
