Facilities Services Supervisor We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in a professional corporate office environment. This role is in charge of supervising staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. This individual is tasked with the day-to-day oversight of both in-house staff and outsourced staff. Supervisor tracks service and preventative maintenance (PM) requests to ensure that they are completed within established deadlines and up to quality standards. Additionally, the Supervisor maintains a safe and effective work environment, trains team on policies and procedures, and coordinates work to be completed. Responsibilities: Supervises the day-to-day operations of area of responsibility. Ensures proper use of equipment, chemicals and safety procedures Inspects and monitors the overall cleanliness of the buildings and addresses deficiencies promptly. Coordinates workload requirements with available resources. Monitors the daily performance of direct reports to ensure established goals and objectives are met. Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Supervises the work of vendors and contracted outside service companies daily in their performance of service. Actively performs cleaning duties during high-exposure, high-visibility, or critical situations (e.g., spills, corporate events, executive areas, emergency cleanups) Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate cleaning services. 1+ year(s) of supervisory or team-lead experience. Experience working in office buildings, corporate campuses, or Class A properties preferred. Experience with IWMS and/or CMMS platforms(S) preferred Must possess top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Solid interpersonal skills with demonstrated comfort to address situations as needed. Demonstrated positive attitude in approaching situations. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing work environment required. Must be able to work as a team memberwilling and able to work with other department supervisors and management as needed. Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in their work schedule and possess the ability to both follow and give instructions. Availability during evenings and weekends may be required. General proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and safety standards Floor care and green cleaning experience High school diploma or GED required. Clean, valid driver's license.
