Technical Sourcer We're looking for a high agency technical sourcer to help scale our elite engineering team across product, infrastructure, and design roles. You'll work closely with the hiring team to identify and engage exceptional talent in one of the most competitive markets. We're looking for someone with strong sourcing instincts, deep familiarity with technical profiles, and an eagerness to collaborate closely across functions to shape a best-in-class hiring experience. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to define roles and come up with creative sourcing strategies to attract talent in this hyper-competitive environment Research, identify, and engage top-tier talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc. Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach to generate interest and pipeline quality candidates.
