The Executive Assistant to the America's President and Global Deputy CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the America's President and Global Deputy CEO and other Executives as required. Reporting directly to the America's President and Global Deputy CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the America's Board, Home Comfort Board and senior management teams; organizes, coordinates and manages various tasks and special projects from the America's President and Global Deputy CEO's office. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Role Objective: Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, particularly those impacting global operations. Maintain and organize the executive's daily calendar, meetings, and events. Prepare documentsincluding Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, reports, agendas, and materials for special projectsin support of organizational objectives. Coordinate executive travel and accommodations; prepare and submit expense reports. Screen and route incoming calls; take accurate messages; respond to information requests and direct non?routine inquiries appropriately. Demonstrate strong communication and time?management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Perform effectively in a fast?paced environment and handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Draft and prepare correspondence for internal communications, board meetings, and external organizations. Manage and maintain the executive's contact database. Assist in preparing and organizing presentations and executive decks. Remain responsive to emails, texts, and calls, including outside standard business hours when necessary. Welcome and assist the executive's visitors in person and by phone, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion when handling C?suite activities and decisions. Represent the executive and organization professionally through reliable follow?through and sound decision?making. Optimize the executive's time by proactively researching, organizing, and analyzing information in advance. Support ad hoc projects as assigned, including personal or family-related tasks. Organize and manage complex calendars and schedules, resolving conflicts as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
