Job Description BizTek People is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Analyst II for our client in Portland, OR! Financial Accounting Analyst 2 Remote (Local to Portland, OR required for equipment pickup) Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $40-45/hr Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field If degree is in a related field, must include 36 credit hours of accounting Proficiency in computers and spreadsheet applications required Experience Minimum 2 years of professional healthcare and/or relevant financial analysis experience Required Skills Basic knowledge of capital markets and banking systems, including payment execution Experience with Oracle Cash Management and Oracle AR (including troubleshooting and testing) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, queries) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Treasury Compliance & Reporting (40%) Develop and update treasury-related policies and procedures Ensure compliance with banking regulations and securities laws Support treasury internal controls framework Collaborate with business units and external stakeholders Treasury Operations Administration (35%) Monitor and analyze treasury activity Prepare compliance and accuracy reporting for leadership Support central accounts receivable, cash collections, and forecasting Process wire and ACH transactions Financial Analysis (15%) Analyze institutional debt, investments, trustee funds, and cash balances Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports Other Duties (10%) Participate in special projects and institutional initiatives #FinancialAccounting #AccountingJobs #FinanceCareers #Treasury #TreasuryOperations #FinancialAnalysis #HealthcareFinance #OracleERP #OracleCashManagement #AccountsReceivable #ExcelSkills #AccountingCareers #FinanceJobs #PortlandOR
