Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and leadership team to provide patient care. Oversee and direct LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical support staff in performing nursing procedures and treatments according to physician orders and patient needs. Review nurses' notes and ensure accurate documentation. Administer treatments and medications, start IVs, and chart/document as required. Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions. Ensure a kind, positive, and safe work environment, maintaining professional communication and escalating any concerns to the ADON or DON.
