We deliver a combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehab to restore movement and strength. We're expanding and looking to add a dedicated Rehab Specialist who brings energy, professionalism, and teamwork to our patient care environment. Position Summary As our Rehab Specialist, you'll guide patients through individualized exercise and rehab programs, assist with decompression and Class IV laser therapy, and help manage the flow of care in the rehab bay. This position requires someone who can engage with multiple patients at once, maintain high energy, and communicate clearly with both patients and the clinical team. You'll play a hands-on role in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence - while supporting the daily operations of a busy wellness clinic. ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with corrective exercises, stability work, and movement retraining Set up and monitor decompression therapy and Class IV laser treatments Motivate patients throughout their rehab sessions to maximize results Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rehab environment Coordinate patient flow with the Clinic Director and front desk staff Support internal/external marketing activities, event prep, and social posting Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic improvement initiatives QualificationsExperience in rehab, kinesiology, physical therapy tech, or fitness setting preferred Excellent people and communication skills Energetic, outgoing, and reliable personality Strong multitasking and organizational ability Must be comfortable managing multiple patients in a treatment setting Basic computer literacy and EHR experience (preferred) Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $21.00/hour Bonuses: Performance and productivity-based bonuses available Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental insurance available for full-time employees Paid time off (PTO) per company policy, up to 14 days (112 hours) annually Professional development and team training opportunities ScheduleMonday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 12:00pm; 1:45pm - 6:15pm Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed (Schedule subject to clinic needs.)
