Required field. Our client is an organization in the Fox Valley area looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of administrative experience, goal oriented and collaborative. The salary range for this position is $50k-60k. The Accounting & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for company and several related LLCs. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reporting Track expenses and ensure proper allocation across entities Ensure payroll accuracy, time tracking verification, and compliance Maintain payroll records and assist with related documentation Perform daily data entry into a sales tracking system Assist with scheduling and planning internal meetings Providing general administrative support where needed Assist with onboarding new hires Other administrative duties as needed. The Accounting & Administrative Assistant will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2+ years of administration experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting software Equal Opportunity Employer
