We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Engine Design & Systems Integration (EDSI) and Engineering Excellence (EE) organizations. This role partners closely with engineering leaders, finance, and program teams to analyze staffing and financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for leadership decisionmaking. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detailoriented, and comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role plays a key part in supporting staffing and financial objectives through accurate reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and consolidate business data from multiple internal systems to develop executivelevel reports and presentations supporting staffing and financial decisions - Prepare and present monthly and quarterly staffing plan vs. actual analyses, including variance explanations, to program leads, Chief Systems Engineers, and senior leadership - Develop Excelbased reports using pivot tables, formulas, and data models; translate findings into clear PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews - Partner with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Chief Systems Engineers (CSEs), and department leaders to validate staffing requirements across SAP, Web EVM, Dassian, and related systems - Identify staffing variances and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive planning adjustments and ensure accurate workforce reporting - Coordinate with department managers and Finance to review labor charging, overhead expenses, outsourcing actuals, and related business items - Support and document business process requirements; contribute to standard work and continuous improvement initiatives - Manage multiple projects and adhoc reporting requests in support of key initiatives and executive readouts - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
