Job Description High-Volume Recruiter - Irving, TX (On-Site Position) Hire Up Staffing Services - DFW Branch Hire Up Staffing Services is one of the top-rated staffing firms in the U.S. - and we're growing fast. We're currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Recruiter to join our Irving, TX branch, covering the entire Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who has spent the last 2-3+ years doing high-volume recruiting and interviewing, ideally within a staffing agency or the HR department of a company with large-scale hiring needs. This is a very busy office with a fast-paced, team-oriented culture. We are the go-to staffing service for top companies across DFW, known for delivering quality candidates quickly and efficiently. This position is 95% in-office at our Irving branch, with occasional (5%) client visits throughout the DFW area alongside our account management team. This Is an On-Site Position - Not Remote We are firm believers in representing the workforce we serve. Nearly all the jobs we fill are in-person, so we believe in being present, collaborative, and team-driven at our own desks every day. What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (staffing agency or corporate HR) Proven success filling multiple roles quickly and effectively Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management skills Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple job orders under pressure Polished, professional communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working 95% in-office in Irving, TX and 5% traveling across DFW Sales-minded and passionate about connecting people to the right opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure starting at 5% and up to 40% Annual all-expenses-paid trip (Cabo, Cancun, or Las Vegas) for hitting sales goals Interest-free payday loans available Short-term disability, cancer plans, and other voluntary benefits Medical coverage: 80% employer-paid for employees / 50% for dependents Clear and achievable goal structure with performance-based raises in the first 6 months 21 total paid days off in your first year (Holiday/PTO/Sick) Office-wide contests, team lunches, and off-site team events Access to corporate hospitality tickets, networking events, and continued education opportunities Role Responsibilities Manage a full desk of open job orders across DFW for a variety of clients Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in clerical, administrative, light industrial, and professional roles Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs Deliver a high-touch experience to candidates and clients alike Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records Support front desk coverage and general office duties as needed Minimum Requirements 1+ years of both recruiting and sales/customer service experience Fast typing speed and strong computer skills Strong phone presence and comfort with volume outreach Stability in past roles - at least 2 years per previous employer preferred Professional appearance and conduct Tech-savvy, with strong social media and online presence Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Join a team that works hard, wins big, and has fun doing it.
