Medical Device Assembler

Pay Rate: $23 per hourSummary: Responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell Work under close supervision Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies Responsibilities: Assemble medical device products Inspect and test products Periodic microscope work (not continuous) Packaging and boxing Operate electrical torch drivers and screwdrivers Cross-training provided Requirements: 1-3 years Clean Room experience in the Medical Device industry (required) Assembly experience in Medical Devices Soldering and microscope experience preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English Understanding of FDA and GMP SOPs preferred High School Diploma or GED (minimum) Must gown up (hair net, beard net, shoe covers, safety glasses)
