Job Title: Technical Analyst with AEM Location: Remote US We are currently seeking a Technical Analyst with AEM expertise. This role is Remote/US. Requirements/Experience: 8+ Years of experience as a Techno Functional Analyst Strong Web Content Management domain expertise like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). 2 3 years of AEM hands on experience is a must. SharePoint, Jira, Confluence knowledge is an add on. Creating user stories in Jira, providing basic wireframes to support user story requirements for the technical development team Support Engineering Analyst and Product Mgmt as they conduct UAT/BAT testing cycles with business stakeholders and defect resolution with the development team Collaborate with Engineering Analyst, Engineering PM and Product Mgmt to understand and analyze functional requirements, data and analysis needs, and operational requirements Project experience involving building of rich interactive experiences for LLM powered interfaces such as chatbots, and content generators. Understanding of UX patterns for AI systems, including feedback loops, loading states, and handling uncertain or incorrect AI behavior. Analyze product specific performance and operational metrics to measure business outcomes Analyze business requirements and document technical specifications, user stories, processes, and systems to ensure solutions meet business needs Conduct data analysis to identify internal and external data source requirements, product feature optimization, process improvements Develop metrics, generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns In partnership with QA, develop engineering testing plans across functional, unit, and regression testing cycles for each release Troubleshoot and debug end user and stakeholder issues Understand product roadmaps and bring new ideas for improvements Proficiency in visual collaboration tools like Miro, project and issue tracking software like Jira are a plus Looking at solutions from an end to end perspective and contributing towards crafting the approach and solution with product management, business stakeholders and technical teams Learning from production insights and proposing improved future solutions Analyzing trade offs between options and making recommendations on solutions / approaches Being an Agile team member and thoroughly understanding your space Hosting meetings for documentation and grooming user stories Gathering and updating portfolio metrics on a periodic basis Help drive discovery, design decomposition, spec writing, and UX acceptance for components in the component system. Contribute to design critiques/component reviews with design, research, engineering, and platform teams.
