Job Title: Plastic Extrusion Operator Location: Apple Creek, Ohio ( Candidates in Orrville, Wooster, Massillon, and Millersburg are encouraged to apply) Shift: Early morning day shift, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Saturday Pay Rate: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Plastic Extrusion Operator to join our team in Apple Creek, Ohio. This position offers a laid-back, family-type environment with opportunities for pay advancement three times in the first year. The ideal candidate must be willing to work overtime. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products. Set up and adjust extrusion equipment according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion machinery. Use micrometers and calipers to ensure precise measurements and quality control. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in plastic extrusion. Proficiency with micrometers and calipers. Ability to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed.
