Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager ? Nashville, TN Area ? Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager for a growing mechanical construction team. This role will manage commercial HVAC and plumbing installation projects from planning and estimating through execution and completion. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing new construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with owners, developers, engineers, contractors, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, equipment procurement, and scope management Conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting Submit monthly billing and maintain project cash flow Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Minimum 2+ years of project management experience with a commercial mechanical contractor Commercial HVAC estimating experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple project priorities Benefits Free employee health insurance plan Company-paid life insurance Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance options 401K with company match PTO and paid holidays Company truck, gas card, phone, and computer Year-round local work (no long-distance travel) Career advancement opportunities INDH
