Service & Facilities Maintenance Technician

Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician forthe Service Department in its Winston-Salem, NC office. Our primary markets include industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living construction. Job Summary This Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repair work on existing commercial properties and commercial construction projects. This person will gain experience, technical expertise, communication skills, and confidence, while serving as a valued contributor to the Service Department team. Key Responsibilities Performance of various tasks including roofing, carpentry, and general labor. Required tasks may include but are not limited to: Roof repairs Flashing installation Concrete repairs Hand excavations Wood blocking installation Installation of hollow metal door frames, doors, and hardware Toilet Partition installation Operating hand tools such as drills, quickie saws, screw guns, nail guns, circular saws, etc. Supervision and management of subcontractor maintenance activities Basic scheduling and other light administrative duties Landmark Builders is an EEO employer.
