Job DescriptionJob Title: CNC Machin Operator Location: Burlington, NC Shift: 1st Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM Pay: $18-$21 Job Summary: The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precision metal components according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) per work orders and blueprints Load raw materials and input machine programs or offsets as required Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure specifications are met Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines Qualifications: Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred #LIND26 Meet Your RecruiterChrystal Miller
