As the Program Administrator for Collaborative Practice you will lead the development and implementation of a trauma-informed, holistic organizational culture. In this role advances collaborative, evidencebased practices, ensures compliance with trauma-informed and CCBHC standards, manages program budgets, and provides staff training to strengthen resilience among clients and employees. The position ensures adherence to Trauma Wise clinical practices and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), while developing programs that address traumarelated needs across the organization and community. Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Programs, the Program Administrator provides clinical leadership and oversight for collaborative care initiatives and works closely with community partners. This role also oversees Perinatal Programs serving expectant families and children through age six, including program development, monitoring, and coordination of services within and outside the agency.
