Position Type: Student Support Services/Psychologist Date Posted: 3/3/2026 Location: Summit Educational Service Center Closing Date: 07/31/2026 School Psychologist, Preschool - Summit ESC Term: Anticipated for 2026-2027 School Year Qualifications and Possible Job Duties Include: • Master's Degree in school psychology • Valid School Psychologist License Issued by the Ohio Board of Psychology • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings • Such alternative or additional qualifications as the Board may find appropriate, or acceptable • Contributes to evaluations utilizing diagnostic instruments and techniques appropriate for the area of disability or suspected disability • Consults with teachers, parents, and other educational personnel on issues related to the education of children with disabilities to ensure the provision of the most appropriate education program • Conducts formative assessments (CBM's; reading/math probes) • Assists school staff in implementing or modifying instructional strategies, classroom management procedures, and interventions • Assists in the implementation of IDEIA • Keeps abreast of new developments in the field and serves as a resource for other staff members • All other duties as assigned Deadline: Until Filled Summit Educational Service Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
