What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Associate: Precision Assembly: Use small hand tools and epoxies to build fiber optic components. High-Tech Operations: Monitor molding robots and use automated cleaning/polishing equipment. Quality Inspection: Use microscopes and digital gauges to ensure parts are perfect. Data Entry: Log your progress into a simple computer system to track your team's success. Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: No Fiber Optic experience? No problem. If you have a background in jewelry making, electronics repair, pharmacy tech work, or high-end food prep, you likely have the steady hand and eye for detail we are looking for. Paid training for candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to read and understand English A High School Diploma or GED Strong hand-eye coordination (if you enjoy jewelry making, sewing, or building PCs, you'll love it here) Comfortable with basic math (reading a ruler or converting simple measurements) Ability to stay focused on detailed tasks and have a "quality-first" mindset.
