Years of Experience (minimum): 3-5yrs of Executive Assistant level experience Shift Time (On-site/hybrid/remote): Hybrid - onsite when Executive is onsite (usually M, W, Th) and remote T/Fri. Hours would be 830-5p Proficient in MS tools - specifically Excel, PPT, Teams, Chat GPT, and Outlook Skills Preferred: Revenue Cycle knowledge Position Responsibilities/Expectations: Provide comprehensive executive-level support to the Vice President, Medical Director, and two Executive Directors within Payer Revenue Management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and alignment with departmental and organizational priorities • Provide project support, including tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring deadlines • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, including PowerPoint presentations • Facility needs (repair management/coordination/scheduling) • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements • Submit expense reimbursement Department Details Payer Revenue Management is a large, multi-structured department comprised of six specialized sub-departments focused on: • Professional Billing • Hospital Billing • Cash Management • Clinical appeals • International Embassy Billing • Revenue Guardian The department is responsible for insurance-based A/R, effective insurance billing and follow-up, appeals, underpayments, identifying trends and coordinating improvement efforts to improve the health of our revenue cycle. The department is led by a senior leadership team that includes: • 1 Vice President • 2 Executive Directors • 1 Medical Director
