Hiring Security Officers - Unarmed - Construction Site Urgent Need | Immediate Start | Excellent Customer Service Required Location: Roseville, California Schedule: Full-time/ part time Valid CA Driver's License Required Clean Driving Record Required Active CA Guard Card Required As a Security Officer with American Security Force, you will serve and safeguard clients while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. This role includes greeting and directing visitors, performing regular foot patrols, and ensuring the security and safety of client sites. Responsibilities: Patrol job site perimeter, entrances, equipment staging areas, and building zones Monitor and control site access for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing Verify proper credentials (badges, IDs, authorization) before allowing site access Respond to emergencies such as break-ins, fires, equipment tampering, or safety hazards Secure tools, vehicles, and heavy equipment at end of shifts Complete thorough Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports as needed Lock/unlock gates, construction trailers, or fenced areas according to schedule Report all suspicious activity to site supervisors, project managers, or law enforcement as appropriate Conduct safety check-ins and communicate with site managers to ensure ongoing site security compliance Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent, OR 5 years of verifiable experience Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Must possess an active California Guard Card Strong customer service skills required Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts Available on weekends.
