This is a fulltime salaried position, 40 hours per week Position: Industrial Specialist Location: Columbus, OH Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm (Shift times may vary depending on the client's needs). We're hiring Industrial Clinicians to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a full-time team member with availability to provide 40 hours of on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 8 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need. Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation. Excellent communicator and team player. What You'll Do: Conduct pre-employment screenings. Provide body mechanics training and job coaching. Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments. Implement wellness and work simulation programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching. Promote health initiatives and engage with staff. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management. Track and report program metrics. Physical Demands: Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
