Title: Physical Therapist - Hand Therapy Status: Full-Time Location: Tigard, Oregon, United States Relocation: Possible for the right candidate Salary: Salary to be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter. Bonus: $5,000 Sign-on bonus available Visa Support: Not available Physical Therapist - Hand Therapy Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist with a focus on Hand Therapy for a well-established rehabilitation clinic in Tigard, Oregon. This role primarily treats patients requiring specialized hand therapy services but may also include treating general orthopedic conditions. The selected candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services designed to improve function, mobility, and independence. Experience with hand therapy and custom splint fabrication is highly preferred. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options including four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for qualified external candidates and eligible rehires. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients with hand and upper extremity conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide therapeutic interventions to restore strength, mobility, and functional independence Fabricate and adjust splints as needed for treatment and recovery Treat a mix of hand therapy and general orthopedic cases Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to hire) BLS Certification through the American Heart Association At least 1 year of physical therapy experience Experience with hand therapy or splinting techniques preferred Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer matching Generous Paid Time Off (up to 25 days annually) Tuition reimbursement (select programs fully covered) Employer-supported retirement contributions Mental health and wellness support programs Public transit pass (Portland metro service area eligible locations) Free parking Why Tigard, Oregon?
