This is a Senior Linux DevOps Production Support Engineer who can keep critical banking applications stable during deployments. A senior, hands-on Senior Linux DevOps Production Support Engineer/Linux production support engineer with DevOps release troubleshooting experience, Python automation skills, and prior exposure to capital markets or banking systems This role is located in Jersey City, New Jersey, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite each week. The position is available only to eligible candidates based in New York and New Jersey, United States. Our client is a leading global investment bank operating in the Capital Markets domain. Customer Interview: In-person/F2F interview Key Skills: Ideal talent will have 7-12 years of experience. DevOps Support ( fix issues in DevOps release and Environment (Linux) & Conduct Sanity check ( Infra and App issues), Automate Sanity Checks, Create a new environment for deployments ( Python used for automation of environment creation) IT Support who provides L3 Support to DevOps engineers ( primarily on fixing environment (Linux primarily) related issues) Jira and ServiceNow used for ticketing/ incident mgmt Domain is exp is needed, if not capital markets, then banking will work.
