This role will work alongside the Director of Transportation Safety & Compliance at our Mendota Heights, MN office. This position will allow you to expand your transportation safety knowledge and learn all facets of our safety department. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of two years of relevant experience in transportation safety and compliance Knowledge of DOT & FMCSA Regulations Knowledge of the Hours of Service regulations Part 395 Knowledge of Samsara Electronic Logging Device, not required but desired Knowledge of Prorate (commercial registration), not required but desired Knowledge of Driver Qualification and Equipment file requirements Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills and fluent in Outlook, Word, Excel High attention to detail and highly organized and flexible Skilled in prioritizing tasks and record-keeping Self-motivated with the ability to function independently with minimal supervision Excellent ethics and integrity Ability to maintain confidentiality Professional, positive demeanor Ability to remain calm and work effectively in unpredictable and high-stress situations Able to spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.) Class A CDL beneficial but not required
