Cycle Counting Team Member Location: Phoenix, AZ Baer Breaks Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7a-4p Compensation: $19.00 - $22.80+ full benefits package Join a Legacy of Performance and Precision! Baer Brakes, a division of Holley Performance Products, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Cycle Counting Team Member to join our inventory control team in Phoenix, Arizona. What You'll Do Perform daily cycle counts to verify the accuracy of perpetual inventory records Investigate and reconcile inventory variances Analyze root causes of discrepancies and propose process improvements Maintain detailed records of findings in cycle count databases Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office for reporting and data entry Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory Collaborate with internal teams to drive a culture of inventory accuracy Strive for inventory record accuracy of 95% or greater Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Experience using ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office programs Familiarity with cost accounting or inventory processes is a plus Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Team player with a commitment to accuracy and safety Comfortable working at heights and lifting/moving materials regularly (up to 50-75 lbs. with assistance) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and manipulate 75 lbs. with assistance Use of step ladders, lifts up to 20 feet, and personal protective equipment as required Benefits & Perks At Simpson Race Products, a Holley Performance brand, we value our team and offer a robust benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - multiple plan options 401(k) with Company Match - invest in your future Generous Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays - recharge when you need to Employee Discounts - on Holley and Simpson products Life & Disability Insurance - added financial protection Wellness Program - support for your health goals Career Growth Opportunities - we promote from within whenever possible Be part of the performance behind the performance.
