This is a full-time, year-round leadership role responsible for crew performance, property quality, client satisfaction, and daily execution. The Crew Leader sets the tone for professionalism, productivity, and accountability on every job site. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking experienced landscape professionals who are dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth. Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership & Accountability Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew daily Assign tasks and ensure efficient completion of all scheduled properties Monitor crew performance and enforce company standards Maintain productivity and professionalism throughout the workday Take full responsibility for job quality and crew execution Property Quality Control & Site Management Inspect each property upon arrival and before departure Ensure all services meet company quality standards Identify plant health issues, irrigation concerns, or property maintenance needs Report issues promptly using company communication systems Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work Order Execution & Documentation Review daily work orders before beginning service Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and thoroughly Utilize Jobber, WhatsApp, or company systems for communication and documentation Confirm no tasks are missed or incomplete Professional Communication & Representation Represent Just Wow professionally at all times Communicate clearly with Operations regarding job progress and concerns Report client feedback, property issues, or service recommendations promptly Equipment, Vehicle & Safety Responsibility Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Follow all company safety procedures Report vehicle or equipment issues immediately Required Qualifications Applicants must meet all of the following: Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience Minimum 1 year of crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and dependable work history Ability to report consistently and on time to the Boynton Beach yard Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather year-round Physically capable of performing daily landscape maintenance tasks Reliable transportation to reporting location Legally authorized to work in the United States Clear and professional communication skills Preferred QualificationsValid driver's license Experience driving trucks and trailers Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and maintenance practices Experience using Jobber or similar field management systems Limited Fertilizer License (LF) or Ornamental & Turf License (O&T) Compensation & Benefits$22 - $25 per hour based on experience and performance Full-time, year-round employment Bi-weekly pay Paid Time Off (holidays, vacation, sick days) Company uniforms and safety equipment provided Professional work environment Advancement opportunities for high performers Advancement Opportunities High-performing Crew Leaders may advance into: Senior Crew Leader Maintenance Supervisor Operations roles We promote based on performance, reliability, leadership, and results.
