Installation Coordinator Compensation: $25-$32/hr + bonuses based on performance Type: Full-Time, In-Office Schedule: M-F 8-5 You will own the lifecycle of 20-50 installs per week, ensuring crews are optimized and customers are satisfied.Core Responsibilities Scheduling & Dispatch: Optimize daily routes for 5-15 crews; manage real-time adjustments for delays or emergencies. Job Validation: Confirm parts, site readiness, and crew skill-matching prior to dispatch to prevent "dry runs." Cross-Functional Hub: Coordinate between Sales (scope), Parts (staging), and Technicians (expectations). Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including revenue per crew, callback rates, and job duration. Closeout: Ensure all documentation (photos/labor/parts) is captured for immediate billing. What You Need Logistics Mindset: Ability to solve complex scheduling puzzles under pressure. High Tech-Fluency: Experience with ServiceDesk, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets. Communication: Professionalism to handle high-end builders and homeowner escalations. Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with DFW geography for efficient routing.
