The Pick Up and Return Point (PARP) team manages a large network of Amazon lockers and counters worldwide where customers can pick up their orders or process returns. PARP exists to serve Amazon worldwide customers through a network of pickup and returns locations, in a way that improves transporter safety, reduces cost to serve, and enables incremental selection for Amazon, while making package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. We accelerate adoption by driving customer awareness, conversion, retention, as well as partner satisfaction. Amazon Pickup and Returns (PARP) is experiencing tremendous growth and transformation. We are scaling rapidly from $322MM in net savings in 2025 toward our ambitious goal of $500MM in 2026 and $1B by 2028. This is an exciting time to join PARP as we build a world-class delivery experience for customers through alternate delivery options, including lockers and pickup points. The Senior Product Mkt Manager, Strategy will drive the strategic initiatives that enable PARP to achieve our growth targets. This role will own some of the largest and most visible projects across the organization, including our current focus on scaling returns through the PARP network. The individual will work closely with Country PARP teams, regional Ops teams, Retail and Logistics Service (RLS), Amazon Logistics (AMZL), science, technology, product, engineering, and central support teams to develop and execute strategies that accelerate the business flywheel. The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll up his or her sleeves, dive into complex challenges, develop solutions and paths forward, and take senior management along the journey. This will be a high-visibility role requiring the candidate to drive critical business decisions in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. The role demands exceptional Earn Trust and Dive Deep capabilities, with responsibility for leading several high-stakes documents at the Beryl and L10 levels to influence senior leadership. A successful candidate will be customer-focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer with excellent document writing skills, and able to operate at all levels of the organization. Key job responsibilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research and proficient with SQL - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a technology product - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, regions and driving GTM strategies - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
