Supply Planning Excellence Associate Manager This Supply Planning Excellence Assoc Manger reports to the Ice Cream Planning Excellence Manager. It is a full-time assignment that supports Supply Plan Ops and helps them achieve their Supply Chain KPI's including Customer Service, Inventory and Cost. The core of the job purpose is to build planning mastery within organization by executing NA Supply Planning Excellence Strategy as aligned with IC BG for processes and technologies. Responsibilities: Drives Process and Tool adoption for Rapid Response Supply No Touch Program. Supports the Development and deployment of training programs targeted for Supply and Execution Planners. Supports Supply Plan Ops with Customer Service and Inventory optimization through process and technology excellence. Tracks and support capabilities enhancements in existing technologies. Supports new launch of new Supply Planning digitalization initiatives. Works closely with the Global Planning Excellence team on Rapid Response Change Requests from design phase to post go live support. Works closely with Global and Local Uniops teams for System issues and ticketing resolution. The Supply Planning Excellence team is the subject matter expert in the following areas as it provides Kinaxis training, hands-on operational support to Supply, Inventory and DRP Planners in Rapid Response. Also the role serves as the liaison with the global planning excellence team. Distribution Requirements Planning for Kinaxis only Inventory Optimization Rough Cut Capacity Planning Scenario Planning and Optimization Vendor Hub Partnering for BAU Supply Planning and DRP Capabilities Education and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics or related fields. 5+ years of work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology. Experience in SAP APO, SAP ECC, Kinaxis Rapid Response. APICS certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills and team commitment in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing, and leading training programs with a sharp focus on stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities in a very dynamic environment. Ability to problem solve, and influence stakeholders while embedding new capabilities within Supply Chain Planning. Ability to develop and coach junior Supply Planning Excellence Analysts.
