Dessert Holdings is looking for a Senior EDI Analyst based in St. Paul, MN. This individual is responsible for supporting EDI integration solutions and new trading-partner onboardings for Dessert Holdings. This includes implementing EDI pipeline initiatives and managing integrations with True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will collaborate with corporate IT, solution integrators, business associates, and Dessert Holdings customers to deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and add value across the organization. Please note: We will consider candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States and this role will not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support business needs related to electronic communications with trading partners across all business areas Provide production support for integrations between True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Coordinate with third-party EDI providers, particularly True Commerce Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business associates Manage multiple projects and solutions across various business areas and regions Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 upgrades, including regression testing QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of EDI experience, including strong exposure to Supply Chain, OTC, and integration workflows Minimum 3 years of experience with True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics D365 integrations Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and supply chain lifecycle processes Strong understanding of Trading Partner Mapping Guidelines and Standards Experience integrating order-processing workflows across ERP and third-party systems Strong business process acumen for diagnosing issues and translating business needs into technical requirements Excellent interpersonal communication skills; adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced environment Ability to configure and manage trading partners within True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365 EDI mapping experience a plus About Dessert Holdings Dessert Holdings is a collection of premium dessert companies and brands: The Original Cakerie, Lawler's Desserts, Atlanta Cheesecake Company, Steven Charles, Dianne's Fine Desserts, Kenny's Great Pies, and Willamette Valley Pie Company.
