Photo Studio Coordinator

Summary: Contract role based in Minooka, IL for 9 months Responsibilities: Style a range of different categories for e-commerce photography, focusing on productivity and merchandise coordination Prepare stock and ensure product styling aligns with established style guides to minimize postproduction retouching Assemble, disassemble, and prepare products to maintain high productivity in the photography studio Open packaging for products to be repackaged as new after photography Clean products to remove surface dust, fingerprints, and other imperfections before shooting Coordinate work prioritization with Studio Manager and Senior Photographer Update JIRA tickets with task completion and upload shotlists to Controls software Maintain production area in a neat and orderly condition Requirements: Ability to train quickly, follow procedures, and exhibit task management skills to meet or exceed style guide standards Strict attention to detail with a high level of organizational skills Familiarity with photography/visual arts Ability to lift 50 pounds Required Skills: 2 years' proficient experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Outlook & Excel), SharePoint, and PowerPoint Comfortability with technology (PC) Mechanical understanding of using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, mallets, and drills; comfortable with assembling products Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts day one Paid time off (PTO) days and 6 company holidays per year 6% 401(k) company contribution each pay period Education assistance, including financial counseling, tuition reimbursement, and low-cost degree options Employee discounts, parental leave, and more
