Quality Inspector- Incoming Inspection

Job Full Description Pay: $21-$23 Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm For the QA Inspector, Skills and Responsibilities: Responsibilities o Performs incoming inspection of selected purchased goods and fabricated products (QA Lab). o Process quality related documentation including certifications. o Follows process non-conforming material. o Uses inspection equipment such as pin gages, ring gages, thread gages, calipers, micrometers, etc.to accomplish metrology of product features. o Completes inspection dimensional reports. o Compile certification documents for finished goods. o Perform in-house calibration of selected test and measurement tools and equipment. Skills and Attributes o Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. o Ability to write reports. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and determine if products are conforming to specifications. o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. o Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. o Ability to use database software, manufacturing software and spreadsheet software. o Ability to work with mathematical calculation for measuring o Knowledge and use of standard test and measurement tools and equipment including hand tools. o Ability to troubleshoot returned goods and determine root cause of failure. o Ability to work independent Easton/Bethlehem (East), PA 1771 3600 Nicholas Street Suite 100 Easton, PA 18045
