Summary We are seeking a Driver to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville to assist with transportation of residents to and from the community. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of residents to and from appointments, community outings, and other scheduled transportation. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering quality care to our residents. This position has a starting pay rate of $15 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week with flexible start and end times based on the community's needs. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and residents. Load and unload residents safely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Operate our community Bus that requires a standard driver's license. RequirementsRequirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Specialty Driver's License is a plus! Strong customer service skills to interact positively with staff and residents. Ability to operate wheelchair lifts and assist residents on and off vehicle Basic knowledge of resident transportation and Long-Term Care is beneficial.
