Job DescriptionJob Title: Assembler Location: Sauk Rapids, MN Compensation: $17.25 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a heating and cooling company in Sauk Rapids, MN. In this role, you'll help assemble quality products and maintain a clean, safe work environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Assembler: Assemble fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations Check inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role: Previous assembly experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Customer-oriented and able to work well in a team environment Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
