Job Description HRIS Optimization Consultant - UKG Pro Naperville, IL (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite) $60-$70/hr 1099 2-3 Month Contract Seeking a hands-on HRIS Optimization Consultant with deep UKG Pro expertise to evaluate, optimize, and automate HR processes. This engagement will focus on improving system configuration, workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and compliance across the employee lifecycle. Requirements Strong hands-on UKG Pro configuration experience (required) Experience auditing and redesigning HRIS workflows Knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Benefits, Leave, and Compensation modules Experience with reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics Understanding of system integrations and vendor file feeds Ability to conduct gap analysis and implement automation improvements Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end review of current UKG Pro setup and workflows Audit configurations, security roles, integrations, and reporting structures Identify inefficiencies and replace manual processes with automation Optimize UKG modules to align with business needs Standardize reporting and dashboards Develop implementation plans, SOPs, and training materials Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure adoption and sustainability
