This role ensures all visual and creative touchpoints are cohesive, refined, and aligned with our elevated standards and aesthetics. Job Summary: The Creative Coordinator executes creative projects that support marketing initiatives and brand strategies to promote all Mirbeau properties, strengthen brand presence, and uphold a recognizable and elevated brand profile. Working closely with marketing and operations teams, this role develops visually distinctive, brand-aligned creative materials that reflect Mirbeau's refined aesthetic. The Creative Coordinator ensures all visual and brand materials remain cohesive and consistent across all physical and digital touchpoints, bringing creative concepts to life through thoughtful, intentional design and implementation. Pay Rate: $62,000- $67,000 per year Responsibilities:Creative Projects & Execution Create all graphic designs required to market each Mirbeau property, including: logos, product labels, gift cards, websites, digital marketing, print and digital advertising, brochures and tangible materials, signage and any other graphic design requests Assist in the formatting and refinement of marketing materials and visual content, both physical and digital Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate completion Ensure visual and aesthetic consistency across all digital platforms, printed materials, and physical media Assist in the development and implementation of seasonal promotions, company expansion, new property openings Maintain and organize all branding materials, digital and physical assets, templates, and creative libraries to ensure consistency and accessibility Ensure the physical environment on-property reflects Mirbeau's elevated aesthetic and commitment to excellence Collaborate with outsourced marketing companies for project-based assignments, as needed Oversee the design, content management, and ongoing edits of company websites to ensure brand consistency and an elevated user experience Content & Organizational Support Assist in creating and formatting marketing materials such as menus, brochures, email graphics, social media, signage, documentation and any other brand-aligned materials, both physical and digital Help maintain content calendars and support ongoing marketing initiatives Support on-property creative updates, installations and visual enhancements Collaborate with other departments as needed to support creative needs to elevate the guest experience Work closely with marketing on strategies and brand initiatives to drive revenue and meet objectives, with a specific focus on advancing email marketing strategies. This includes identifying creative opportunities for list segmentation, exploring new email marketing channels, and optimizing the digital user experience to increase engagement and consersion Collect information for and distribute branded property materials and emails, providing campaign details each month Support public relations initiatives on an as-needed basis by compiling high-quality brand imagery and assisting with the copy editing of press releases and media inquiries Assist with organizing video and photo shoots Provide copywriting for new campaigns Contribute to digital marketing campaigns via email marketing, member newsletters, property marketing, promotional emails, and employee communications Provide on-site assistance to the Marketing Team during the opening of new properties, including the coordination of creative assets and supporting the execution of launch events Administrative Maintain organized project files, asset libraries and documentation Assist with vendor communication, estimates/quotes, and invoicing Code invoices and manage marketing checkbooks Assist with charity initiatives and planning Support the marketing and creative teams with additional tasks as needed Attend meetings as required Qualifications, Skills and Educational Requirements:Education & Experience Degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred 3+ years of experience in a creative or marketing environment Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required Experience with email marketing is required Familiarity with AI-based design software (ie: Figma) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with website design and ongoing website editing required Core Skills & Competencies Strong visual awareness, creative sensibility, and brand alignment Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project coordination skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Creative problem-solving with a flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and maintain elevated presentation standards Desired Attributes Appreciation for wellness, hospitality, and elevated guest experiences Commitment to excellence and consistent, intentional execution across all creative initiatives Employee Perks, Benefits & Company Incentives Discounted rates for services and retail items within the spa!! 401K with company match Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Plan Employee Assistance Program and Resources Paid time off for full-time AND part-time employees!!
