BE A KEY PART OF OUR MAINTENANCE AND QUALITY OPERATIONS Join us as our Records Management Technician in Thermal, California! In this role, you'll support our Maintenance department by ensuring aircraft records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your work directly contributes to aircraft safety, maintenance planning, and operational readiness. WHY JOIN COULSON? Impact: Play a critical role in aircraft safety and compliance Growth: Gain experience in quality systems and maintenance operations Global Reach: Work with teams across Canada, USA, Australia, and Chile Culture: Professional, team-focused, and safety-driven KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and control Repair Station heavy maintenance records to ensure compliance with company technical records standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance departments to track calibrated tooling, monitor calibration status, and arrange recertification to ensure proper tool control. Develop document inventories and maintain indexing systems to support efficient Repair Station records management. Audit aircraft technical log pages and work packages for accuracy and ensure discrepancies are identified and corrected. Prorate maintenance and engine programs as required or requested. Update and maintain maintenance tracking systems (CALM, CAMP) for company-controlled aircraft and components. Research, retrieve, and provide records using established information management systems in response to internal and external requests. Prepare, label, archive, and transfer records in accordance with established lifecycle procedures and retention schedules. Monitor updates from regulatory authorities and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that may affect aircraft airworthiness and maintenance requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Technical Records Manager, including remote auditing of aircraft documentation (e.g., logbooks, component history records, and journey logs), as operational needs permit. WHAT YOU'LL BRING High School Diploma required, post-secondary education an asset. Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Thorough understanding of all technical documents such as technical bulletins, alert service bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, etc. Knowledge of FAA and Canadian Aviation Regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently and within a team. Valid passport and ability to travel.
