DescriptionService Manager - The Legend Clubs Full-Time | Year-Round $65,000-$75,000 annually Position Overview: The Legend Clubs is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to oversee dining room, bar, and banquet operations at one of their Waukesha County locations. This leadership role works alongside a second Service Manager to guide front-of-house operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional member experiences in a premier private club environment. Reporting Structure & Growth Opportunity This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serves as the senior on-site food and beverage leader. As The Legend Clubs continues to grow, high-performing Service Managers will be positioned for advancement into future Clubhouse Manager roles within our three-club organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily dining, bar, and banquet service operations • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise full-time and seasonal staff • Manage scheduling, labor controls, inventory and tip reporting • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events Sales Manager • Oversee high-volume seasonal banquet execution • Maintain elevated private club service standards Qualifications • 3-5+ years of hospitality leadership experience preferred • Private club experience preferred but not required (strong upscale restaurant leaders encouraged) • Experience managing bar operations and banquet-driven environments • Proven team leadership and communication skills • Strong understanding of labor management and operational efficiency • This is a year-round leadership position requiring availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
