Construction Laborer

Job Title: Construction Laborer Location: Bennett, CO Pay: $21 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM NOTE: This job requires to travel to BENNETT, CO. The Worker must have their own transportation to reach work on time everyday. Punctuality and consistent attendance is mandatory. Job Description: MGR Workforce is hiring General Laborers to support daily operations at an active construction site of our Client in Bennett, Colorado. This is a full-time, weekday position with consistent hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with a team, and is comfortable performing physical tasks in a construction environment. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Assist skilled trades and supervisors with general construction tasks Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Move, stack, and organize construction materials Perform basic demolition and site preparation Follow all safety rules and site procedures Complete other general labor duties as assigned Requirements: Previous construction or general labor experience of minimum 1 year Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Reliable transportation to arrive on site on time every day Comfortable to work in outside environment Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Required PPE: Construction hard hat Steel toe safety boots High-visibility vest Safety glasses Work Environment: Outdoor construction site Team-oriented setting Safety-focused job site If you're dependable, ready to work, and looking for steady weekday hours at a competitive rate, we encourage you to apply. #MGR1
