This role requires a licensed professional who can independently diagnose, repair, install, and maintain complex refrigeration and HVAC systems in the field. You can live anywhere in the MA/S. New Hampshire area and will be dispatched from home with a work truck. This company has several multi-million dollar commercial and industrial jobs in the area. Key ResponsibilitiesService, repair, troubleshoot, and install commercial and industrial refrigeration systems Work on RTUs, boilers, VRF systems, heat pumps, split systems, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts state regulations and federal safety standards Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and team members Required QualificationsMassachusetts Refrigeration Technician (RT) Journeyman License License must be active and verifiable through the Massachusetts Department of Labor EPA 608 Certification (required by state and federal law) OSHA-10 Certification Hot Work Certification OSHA Silica Certification Proven experience in commercial and industrial environments only Ability to independently repair, fix, and install refrigeration and HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area What We OfferSteady commercial and industrial work (no residential) Professional, safety-focused work environment Long-term opportunity with consistent hours Full benefits Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
