Developmental Specialist

Community Connections Inc. is looking for Developmental Specialists to join our Life Skills team based in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities by implementing their Day Habilitation Service Plan (DHSP) and documenting their progress. You will help people become more engaged and reach their maximum potential in physical, emotional and social abilities. You will partner with Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence and enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking for someone with a commitment to compassion, promoting accessibility and serving the community.
